Delete your TallyToo account

Delete it in the app

1. Open TallyToo and make sure you're online and signed in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account. You'll see what will be erased.
4. Tap Delete my account, then confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Can't use the app?

Email vonimatic@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my TallyToo account. We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Billing is handled by Google Play or the App Store, so cancel there first or you will keep being charged.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address, sign-in details and display name
• All your tallies, entries, notes, tags, reminders and settings
• Shared tallies you own, for everyone you shared them with
• Your activity in shared tallies, and your notification tokens

If you added entries to someone else'sshared tally, the numbers stay so their total doesn't change. They no longer show your name, and any notes you wrote on them are erased.

What we keep

• Purchase records: Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat (our subscription provider) keep records of any purchases, as required for financial, tax and refund purposes.
• Crash reports and usage analytics: these are kept for a limited time by our providers (Sentry and Google Analytics) and then deleted automatically. Analytics are not linked to your account.
